Here are the top four holy places to visit in Patna: 

Mahavir Mandir: As the name suggests, this beautiful religious site in Patna is dedicated to Lord hanuman, which is showered by millions of Hindu devotees and tourists every year. This temple built in 1987 is famous for its Nagri style architecture, which attracts a majority of history lovers and architecture enthusiasts. Festivals such as Ram Navmi is celebrated in this temple every year. 

Pathar ki Masjid: This Masjid was built in the year 1621 by Parvez Shah, the Mughal emperor. This must-visit place in Patna is constructed using stones and is situated near the banks of the river Ganga. It is one of the oldest mosque in Bihar, which has a large number of tourist visitors every year. 

Patan Devi Temple: One of the oldest temple in Patna, which was built about thousands of years ago is considered as one of the 51 Shakti Peethas in India. The history behind this name is that, it is the place where right thigh of goddess Sati fell after her corpse was cut by Lord Vishnu. It is one of the most visited holy temple, where tourist come to take blessings from Goddess Sati. 

Takht Sri Patna Sahib: This gurudwara was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh in the 18th century. This holiest place was built in the honor of Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Guru in Sikhism. This place has the power to give you peace of mind the moment you step in. Several thousands of people visit this place every year in order to feel the beauty of calmness.
